You may receive a pro-rata access fee charge on your first Pivotel bill, calculated from the actual date of service connection to the date of your first bill. Prices are in AUD including GST and are subject to change. You must bring your own compatible handset to use the PATT™ service. Use of the Pivotel 4G service is subject to the Fair Use Policy. MMS, Video MMS, SMS delivery receipt, Video Calling, Calling Number Display blocking, Premium voice and Premium SMS services are not available on the PATT™ service. The PATT service may not be able to receive National Emergency Warning System (NEWS) SMS warnings. Emergency calls made from outside Australia may require different numbers, please check with Pivotel Mobile Customer Care on 1300 882 448. Customers dialling the Australian emergency call number Triple Zero (000) will be connected straight through to emergency services. Emergency 000 Operator Services are available from the PATT™ App when connected via an IP Network to the PATT Network. Emergency Calls are not available from this service using the phone’s native voice service. Pivotel App for Talk and Text (PATT™) services are available wherever there is an accessible data connection including the Pivotel 4G Network.
